Job summary

Heritage Cooperative is seeking a Grain Associate in Arlington, OH. This full-time role emphasizes friendly, customer-service driven work and participation in seasonal or extended hours as needed.

You will support grain operations, assist customers, and help maintain equipment and facilities to ensure safe, efficient service. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are preferred, with prior industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive representation of Heritage Cooperative’s core values.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Assist with preventative maintenance on plant equipment to obtain maximum efficiency and longevity of assets.
• Complete required records and reports.
• Exhibit an energetic and polite attitude throughout all encounters during the workday.
• Fulfill customer orders in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in a neat, clean, safe, and environmentally sound condition.
• Operate machinery such as a forklift to load out product safely and accurately.
• Run receiving systems to receive product.
• Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of self, coworkers, and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
