Qualifications

• Operate elevator machinery safely and perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• Gain working knowledge of fertilizer, seed and grains.
• Maintain 7B Fumigation License as required.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adapt to changing tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming grain; weigh/test if needed; transfer to bins efficiently.
• Maintain grain quality with regular inspections and rotation.
• Unload feed; load into warehouse and customer's vehicles.
• Load fertilizer into customer vehicles or deliver as directed.
• Observe safety regulations; promote a safety culture.
• Maintain equipment and facilities per specs; document maintenance.
• Assist other locations/departments as requested.
• Keep facilities and vehicles clean and neatly presented.
• Provide outstanding customer service to generate repeat business.
