Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking Seasonal Outside Guest Service Attendants in Wisconsin, Oregon to provide exceptional service on the golf course. This role requires a warm welcome to guests, maintenance of golf carts, and knowledge of resort amenities.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• At least one year customer service experience preferred.
• Must have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Unload and clean clubs, placing them in the bag drop area or cart.
• Ensure grounds area is clean and prepared for the next day’s operations.
• Provide general resort information for guests.
• Resolve guest problems and act in the absence of a manager.
