Job summary

Sunriver Resort in Oregon seeks Seasonal Outside Guest Service Attendants to create a memorable first impression for golf guests on the course. You will assist with cleaning and maintaining carts, help guests with clubs and equipment, and uphold Sunriver Resort’s Four Diamond standards.

Role emphasizes hospitality, a friendly welcome, and proactive guest assistance, including promoting resort amenities and services.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• At least one year customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the game of golf preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival.
• Unload clubs, cleans and places in bag drop area or cart.
• Wipe down clubs and loads them into their cars once guests are finished.
• Clean carts when guest return.
• Checks carts for damages and reports to Golf Shop.
• Keeps range and practice area clean and organized.
• Communicates tee sheet changes to players' assistants.
• Upsells other resort services and amenities to guests.
