Job summary

Prairie Highlands Golf Club located in Olathe, Kansas is seeking a seasonal Course Maintenance employee to join our Agronomy team. This role is a seasonal position focused on keeping the course in top condition for daily play, performing bunker raking, greens, tees, fairways and rough mowing, watering, and basic landscape tasks.

• High school education preferred; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists with preparing the course for daily play.
• Rake the bunkers.
• Cut and trim golf course greens, tees, fairways and roughs.
• Assists with watering the roughs.
• Applies growth enhancers and disease control as needed.
• Cuts grass and trims weeds using hand mower or power mower, weed trimmer and brush cutter.
• Plants grass, trees, shrubs or flowers per landscape plan.
