Job summary

The Meadows at Mystic Lake is seeking a Groundskeeper to perform all aspects of golf course maintenance daily, from mowing greens and edging to bunker maintenance and divot filling. This on-site seasonal role requires a detail-oriented, team-focused individual who enjoys working outdoors.

Schedule is Monday–Friday early mornings plus weekend half days; benefits include weekly pay, health clinics, uniforms, meals discounts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or landscaping with safe operation of mowing and trimming equipment.
• Willing to commit to a 6-day work week including weekend half-days.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and light motorized equipment.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing most of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowers and trimmers to maintain greens, tees, aprons, and surrounding areas; edge cart paths and sand bunkers.
• Assist in daily course setup: cutting cups, placing tee blocks, filling divots, and trash removal.
• Monitor and maintain fuel and fluids; report equipment issues promptly.
• Water, fertilize, and maintain tees, greens, fairways, and rough.
• Support course construction and renovation work, including soil prep and laying sod.
