Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenance preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance of the golf course, including mowing, edging, raking, and debris removal.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles.
• Plant, water, fertilize, and care for turf, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all outdoor areas, including pathways and common spaces.
• Always follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Support special landscaping projects and course set-up as needed.
