Job summary

The Cliffs is seeking a Greenskeeper I to maintain the golf course and surrounding grounds in good condition. You will operate lawn care equipment, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to course renovations as needed.

The ideal candidate has 0–3 years in landscaping or golf course maintenance, basic equipment knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays in varied weather conditions at several locations including the Carolinas.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of landscaping or golf course maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of operating lawn care equipment and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to operate motorized equipment.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate golf course maintenance equipment (mowers, walkers, trimmers, edgers).
• Change tee markers, cut cups, repair ball marks and divots.
• Rake and edge bunkers, topdress greens and tees, edge cart paths.
• Participate in course renovations (sod laying/removal, sprigging, trenching).
• Assist with cleaning facilities and general maintenance tasks.
