California Golf Course in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a seasonal Part-Time Food & Beverage Attendant to provide friendly, efficient service under Troon. Pay is $6.00 per hour plus tips, with an expected duration of six months or less.

The role supports daily F&B operations, greeting guests, taking orders, serving, and maintaining cleanliness. This position offers growth within Troon’s hospitality organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years serving experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Must meet state age requirements for handling alcohol.
• Food safety knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes the specials of the day to guests, answers questions regarding menu items, and offers suggestions when appropriate.
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties.
• Accounts for checks and cash transactions and utilizes the POS system.
• Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Adheres to standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques.
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
• Incorporates safe work practices into job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
