Job summary

Auburn Hills Golf Course is seeking a Recreation Aide 1 for entry-level, limited part-time work. You will support golf course operations, assist customers, handle transactions, and help ensure facilities are clean and ready for use.

This role offers exposure to customer service, cash handling, teamwork, and operational skills in a busy, outdoors-and-indoor environment. Scheduling varies and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age, or 18 depending on assignment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers at concession counter.
• Receives and disburses cash.
• Prepares and handles food.
• Stocks concession products.
• Performs basic equipment maintenance.
• Supervises children, organizes and leads games and assists with class instruction.
• Officiates or keeps score for sports activities.
• Performs basic custodial duties.
• Sets up and takes down building furnishings and arrangements.
• May require operation of a vehicle.
• Other duties as needed.
