Job summary

Nauticus is seeking a Seasonal Gift Shop Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support daily Gift Shop operations in Norfolk during the Winterfest season. This in-person role requires friendly engagement, ability to handle cash, and assist guests with merchandise selections in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position runs November 9, 2026 to January 7, 2027, is part-time and seasonal, and reports to the Giftshop Assistant Manager.
