Job summary

WineDirect Fulfillment is hiring for a Seasonal General Warehouse Associate at our Glenwillow, OH facility (bordering Solon on 7900 Cochran Rd., Glenwillow, OH 44139). The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm schedule with a starting pay rate of $17/hour. This position is seasonal with potential to advance to year-round employment with full benefits.

In this fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse, you’ll join an energetic operations team. No experience required—we’ll train you.

Qualifications

• No experience? We will train you.
• Able to stand and move around for shift.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail – accuracy is key!
• Reliable, on time, and ready to work.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Available for overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Make boxes – Help build shipping boxes for customer orders.
• Pack orders – Work with a team on an assembly line to pack wine club shipments.
• Pick products – Use a scanner or voice-picking headset to collect the right items for orders.
• Check quality – Make sure every order is correct before shipping out.
• Other warehouse duties as needed – We all pitch in to get the job done!
