Seasonal General Laborer - Insight FS - Arlington, WI

Join Insight FS as a Seasonal General Laborer in Arlington, WI. This role involves supporting daily operational duties at the facility, including assisting with inventory, maintenance, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operations at the retail supply location
• Follow maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment
• Manage inventory and product distribution
• Drive and deliver products as needed
• Stock and move warehouse materials
• Support full-time and part-time staff
• Maintain the facility, equipment, and company image
• Improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate on safety and compliance issues with the location manager

Additional Duties

• Adhere to GROWMARK’s policies, safety protocols, and standards
• Drive and run local errands if required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong business, communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work extended hours as needed
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification and CDL

Work Conditions

• Exposure to extreme weather, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards
• May work at heights and lift up to 100 pounds
