Job summary

River Valley Cooperative is seeking a Seasonal Operator to support farming operations in Sunbury and Wilton, IA. You will operate equipment, handle chemicals, load/unload grain, and perform vehicle inspections to help member owners stay financially successful and ensure a sustainable local cooperative operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all equipment and vehicles.
• Handle and deliver bulk and packaged chemicals.
• May unload and load grain from storage bins and/or transportation.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Utilize heavy machinery, such as an end loader or skid steer.
• Observe all OSHA, DOT, state, federal safety regulations at all times.
