Job Details

• Salary Range: $13.00 to $15.50 per hour, depending on experience, education, and qualifications
• Position Type: Seasonal, non-exempt, on-site
• Location: Various regional parks including Bunker Hills, Coon Rapids Dam, Rum River Central, Lake George, and Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park Reserve
• Work Hours: Varied, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, 25-40 hours/week

Responsibilities

1. Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
2. Answer questions, direct guests, and address concerns.
3. Sell permits and communicate park/facility information.
4. Complete reports and handle cash accurately.
5. Use technology for communication.
6. Maintain a neat appearance and wear a uniform.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Preferred: Cash handling and customer service experience.

Physical & Work Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to see, hear, and perform physical activities including lifting and walking on uneven terrain.
