This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. The shifts are: weekdays, 11am-4pm and 4pm-9pm; weekends, 10am-4pm and 4pm-10pm. We work every day, including holidays.

A typical day at one of our pool decks…

As an NFC Amenity Pool Attendant/Lifeguard, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area. You are the first point of contact for residents and their guests at the pool. Your primary goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting residents and guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Answering inquiries related to community services, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
  • Resolving and following up on complaints/issues.
  • Following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Special Requirements:

  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain).
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends.
  • Ability to respond promptly to emergencies.
