John Mulhall came to Omaha in 1953 to landscape, and now, three generations later, we’re as committed as we’ve ever been to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live. Today, we’re a team of a few hundred people, but our focus remains the same: working together to engage our community and share our passion for the beauty of the natural world. And we have fun doing it.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a seasonal member of our Garden + Home team, your primary focus will be on the total customer experience, including answering questions, helping select the products they need, and helping at the registers during our peak times. You’ll champion customer service and keep the sales floor stocked, watered, and organized – all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.

YOUR IMPACT

1. Model our three-step, Every Experience Counts process: Introduce Yourself, “Let Me Take Care of That,” and Keep It Seamless.
2. Own our Evergreen Guarantee, the 100% customer satisfaction promise at the heart of our customer experience.
3. Support our Front-End Team during backups at the cash registers by executing merchandise purchases, returns, exchanges, and encouraging customers to enroll in our loyalty program and advocate for our Community Round-Up partner.
4. Complete tasks and responsibilities, consistently referring to your weekly schedule, daily zone schedule, and side work checklists.
5. Execute department-specific processes with safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
