• Stock and restock merchandise, ensuring proper presentation and alphabetization on the floor.
• Assist the team in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate when needed to a store keyholder.
• Follow loss prevention practices and store safety guidelines; adhere to all company policies.
