GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday days. The role emphasizes outstanding guest service, helping customers with video gaming needs, and contributing to sales initiatives.

You will assist in stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment, while following company policies and safety best practices. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment, visual and operational aspects, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist stocking and replenishment, and present products on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, and follow safety procedures.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures.
