Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, recommending items, and expressing gratitude during every transaction.
• Support the shopping environment, visuals, and store initiatives throughout the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly, and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
