Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions presented in written, oral, and diagram form.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with strong guest service skills.
• Provide genuine and friendly assistance to every guest.
• Demonstrate clear verbal communication and listening in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Able to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment and work in a team or solo setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with gaming needs, recommend items, complete transactions with selling behaviors, and thank guests.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensure proper presentation and alphabetization.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder.
• Follow loss-prevention and safety practices and adhere to policies.
