GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak seasonal days. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service while participating in everyday operations under direct guidance and supervision.

The ideal candidate provides exceptional guest service, helps maintain a clean and organized store, and adheres to all store policies, with a readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and promoting additional items.
• Support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise and ensure items are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety procedures.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
