Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs to drive sales.
• Recommend additional items and complete transactions with courtesy.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising across shelves and fixtures.
• Stock shelves and transfer merchandise from stock room to selling floor.
• Support inventory control and shrinkage reduction efforts.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Adhere to all store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and safety guidelines.
