Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with their video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests.
• Support the shopping environment, visuals, and store initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure items are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures.
