Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommending items as appropriate.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during peak season.
• Collaborate with team to keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented on shelves.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, staying aware of scams.
• Adhere to store policies on attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
