Job summary

Macy’s, Inc. is hiring Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague in Madison.

You will help with receiving merchandise, organizing stock, and fulfilling orders for curbside pickup, while delivering friendly customer service on the floor and at pickup points. Applicants should be flexible across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and comfortable using a handheld device and cashier system to complete transactions and updates.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize merchandise in stockroom.
• Pick, pack, and retrieve orders for delivery or curbside pickup.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) readiness and accuracy.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor organization and signage.
• Support customer interactions with warm, personal service.
