Job summary

Macy’s Inc. in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague to support store operations, organize merchandise, and ensure accurate inventory while delivering a great customer experience.

From receiving and tagging to preparing curbside pickups and Ready on Time orders, you’ll help keep the stockroom and sales floor running smoothly. This role is seasonal and typically part-time.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with dependable attendance.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Goal-oriented and able to meet daily sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize merchandise, tag items, and maintain stockroom organization.
• Pick, pack, and retrieve orders for curbside pickup and BOPS readiness.
• Monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time for Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders.
• Assist customers on the floor, resolve issues, and support smooth store operations.
