Total Wine & More in Greenville, SC is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to help maximize product inventory, stock shelves, and support online and curbside orders while delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service. The role includes training in wine, spirits, and beer and requires flexibility to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.

You'll work with POS and inventory software, maintain store standards, and assist with promotions and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws.
• Seasonal role: short term, with option to apply for non-seasonal role.
