Job summary

QVC Group is hiring Seasonal Fulfillment Center Equipment Operators to support our Florence, South Carolina operation. This onsite role uses powered industrial trucks and scanners to keep the fulfillment center running safely and efficiently.

You will receive paid training, a starting wage of $18.60 per hour, and biannual pay increments with opportunities for career growth. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a teamwork‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 0–6 months of warehouse experience; no prior experience required.
• Able to work a full shift, overtime as needed, and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), including forklifts, to move products safely.
• Use handheld scanners and systems to support receiving, unloading, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, or returns.
• Assist with order fulfillment, inventory movement and processing returns across departments.
• Support additional warehouse tasks as needed.

• Full Time: With this schedule, you’ll work a consistent 40 hour set schedule each week. Your scheduled days and hours will remain the same unless business needs require a change.

Where You’ll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Florence Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to an Area Manager, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping keep our fulfillment center running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:

• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), including forklifts, to safely move products throughout the fulfilment center
• Use handheld scanners and computer systems to support receiving, unloading, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, or returning her order to make sure our customer is taken care of.
• Assist with customer order fulfillment, inventory movement and processing customer returns across multiple departments.
• Support additional warehouse tasks as needed to meet business needs.

What You’ll Bring

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• 0-6 months of warehouse experience; no prior experience required
• Ability to work a full shift and overtime as needed
• Ability to maintain attendance in accordance with company policy

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, twist, grasp, and reach for up to 10-12 hours per day
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks that may elevate up to 80 feet
• Ability to wear required fall protection equipment, including a harness, for up to 10-12 hours per day when operating designated PIT equipment
