Job summary

Gorjana is seeking a Seasonal Fulfillment Center Associate in Irvine, CA to support order fulfillment across departments from receiving to replenishment. You will help meet SLAs and KPIs, ensure on-time shipments, and maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with RF-Smart, WMS systems, handheld scanners, and shipping platforms preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive inventory, pick, and pack orders via handheld devices (RFSmart).
• Follow standard procedures for inventory receiving and replenishment, packing, and sorting orders.
• Uphold SLAs for receiving timelines and order fulfillment.
• Communicate delays, discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Team Lead/Manager.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas for receiving, replenishment, packing, and shipping.
• Match each product to customer orders and purchase orders.
• Follow safety procedures and training.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase speed and accuracy.

You will understand how each process, from receiving inventory to order fulfillment, directly impacts the business and our customers. In this role, you will support order fulfillment across multiple departments and help with inventory processes from receiving to replenishment. You will be responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) across these functions, ensuring orders are shipped on time, inventory is handled accurately, and that you follow and model safe behaviors in the warehouse.

Our fulfillment center is a key team in the business field, running at a fast pace while supporting one another and adapting to the needs of our business and customers. We are hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time associates for this role.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive inventory, pick, and pack orders via handheld devices (RFSmart)
• Follow standard procedures for inventory receiving and replenishment, packing, and sorting orders.
• Uphold functional and department-level goals and SLAs for receiving timelines and order fulfillment.
• Communicate and elevate delays, discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Team Lead/Manager.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas for receiving, replenishment, packing, and shipping.
• Focus on quality and accuracy; identifying and matching each product to customer orders and purchase order receipts.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in required safety training.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

AVAILABILITY (Various Shifts Available)

• Monday – Sunday
  • Shifts between: 6:00 am - 9:30 pm
  • Weekend shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Must be available to work at least one Saturday shift per month

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1–2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Experience with RF-Smart, WMS systems, handheld scanners, and shipping platforms preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
