Job summary

ShipMonk in Fort Worth, TX is hiring for a Seasonal FT Warehouse Associate. You will pick, pack, and sort orders, prepare shipments, and rotate through multiple warehouse functions using scanners and handheld devices.

Starting pay is $16/hour with weekly Friday pay and a daily payout option via the Rain app. You’ll stay active in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and train onsite with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• No warehouse experience required; training provided.
• Able to stand/walk for most of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic English reading/writing required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and sort products accurately for shipping.
• Prepare orders for fast, efficient shipment.
• Rotate through receiving, replenishment, inventory, returns, wholesale, and special projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Use scanners, iPads, and handheld devices for accuracy.
• Support other departments as needed.

Starting pay: $16/hour

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Morning shift hours:

DS (Saturday - Tuesday 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

DT (Friday - Monday 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

What You’ll Do:

• Pick, pack, and sort products with accuracy and care, making sure every order is ready for its journey to a happy customer
• Prepare orders to ship quickly and efficiently, keeping our fulfillment network running smoothly
• Rotate through different warehouse functions, including receiving, replenishment, inventory, returns, wholesale, and special projects
• Stay active and engaged in a fast paced, high energy warehouse environment
• Help maintain organization and a safe, clean workspace, making ShipMonk a great place to work
• Use the latest tech tools (scanners, iPads, handheld devices) to make your work faster and more accurate
• Jump in to support other departments whenever needed

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Ability to stand/walk for most of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (noise, varying temperatures, and high energy!)
• Basic English reading/writing skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but no experience required, we’ll train you!
