ShipMonk is hiring for seasonal, full-time Warehouse Associate positions at our Pittston, PA fulfillment centers. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with weekly pay and a daily payout option through the Rain app.

Seasonal associates may convert to regular employment based on business needs and performance. Responsibilities include picking, packing, and sorting orders, preparing shipments, and rotating through receiving, replenishment, and inventory duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand/walk for most of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good English; bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Pick, pack, and sort products with accuracy for shipment.
• Prepare orders to ship quickly and efficiently.
• Rotate through receiving, replenishment, inventory, returns, wholesale, and special projects.
• Stay active in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Day Shift Hours:

• DC: Monday – Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• DC: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• DF: Thursday – Sunday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• DF: Thursday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• DS: Saturday – Tuesday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• DS: Saturday – Tuesday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Seasonal Employment: This is a seasonal, full-time position. Seasonal associates may have the opportunity to convert to regular employment based on business needs and individual performance.

Mandatory overtime (MOT) may be required based on business needs, particularly during peak season and other high-volume periods. This may include additional hours or scheduled workdays outside of the employee’s regular schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Pick, pack, and sort products with accuracy and care, making sure every order is ready for its journey to a happy customer
• Prepare orders to ship quickly and efficiently, keeping our fulfillment network running smoothly
• Rotate through different warehouse functions, including receiving, replenishment, inventory, returns, wholesale, and special projects
• Stay active and engaged in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse environment
• Help maintain organization and a safe, clean workspace, making ShipMonk a great place to work
• Use the latest tech tools (scanners, iPads, handheld devices) to make your work faster and more accurate
• Jump in to support other departments whenever needed

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Ability to stand/walk for most of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (noise, varying temperatures, and high energy!)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish is required. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are welcome, but bilingual proficiency is not required.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but no experience required, we’ll train you!
