Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active presence throughout public areas to support guest experience and wayfinding.
• Monitor congestion points and operational conditions during peak attendance.
• Identify and communicate guest-facing operational issues to management.
