Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Café in Layton, UT is seeking an enthusiastic Seasonal Front of House Retail Team Member who loves food quality, customer service, and community. You will join a team offering breads, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest ingredients. Saturdays are required when needed; part-time (~15 hours/week).

A successful candidate will be 18+, with a can-do attitude and the ability to engage guests and help out across departments as needed.

Qualifications

• A "can do" attitude and the ability to actively listen to guests and confidently suggest meals and gift items to first-time guests and regulars.
• Ability to work quickly, learn from mistakes, and help other departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Front of House Retail Team Members work within a dynamic team offering a wide range of products from scratch baked bread and pastries to soups, salads, and sandwiches.
• SATURDAYS ARE REQUIRED WHEN NEEDED; this is a part-time role (~15 hours/week).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and comply with local health and sanitation standards.
