Job summary

Total Wine & More in New Jersey seeks a Seasonal Cashier to deliver fast, friendly service at the front end. You’ll handle transactions, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs while staying compliant with alcohol-sale laws.

Experience with POS systems and retail environments is preferred. The role allows evenings and weekends with comprehensive benefits and training opportunities within Total Wine & More’s Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote loyalty programs.
• Assist with training and product knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer.
