Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ year in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Answer questions and promote loyalty program; bag items for customers.
• Greet customers, build relationships and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to boost product knowledge.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; adhere to alcohol sale regulations.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
