Job summary

Cranmore Mountain Resort in Conway, NH is seeking a detailed-oriented and energetic Seasonal Freestyle Coach to develop young athletes in a safe, engaging program. You will coach athletes, communicate effectively with families, and support the program with clear progression plans and mid/end-of-season evaluations.

The role emphasizes Park SMART adherence, PSIA/USSA certifications, and ongoing coach development.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of coaching experience, up to five years preferred.
• Current USSA Coach Membership and USSA Freestyle Level 1 certification required.
• Willingness to obtain Level 2 USSA credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaching athletes and developing training curriculum and progression plans.
• Establish and maintain safety procedures including Park SMART and PSIA standards.
• Communicate training schedules, competitions and travel with families.
• Pursue ongoing PSIA/USSA certification and professional development.
• Be a positive role model, mentor athletes, and promote sportsmanship.
