Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Keller, TX is seeking a Store Team Member to help customers with framing needs and to maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store. You will assist with unloading trucks, stock replenishment, and Omni channel processes while delivering friendly service.

Applicants should have basic computer and measuring skills, and be able to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter. Nights, weekends, and early mornings shifts are included.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and provide framing solutions.
• Help customers shop and locate products; maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Support Omni channel processes and process transactions at the register.
• Assist with truck unloading and stock replenishment; stock shelves.
• Deliver friendly customer service and safe, clean store environment.
