You will contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere, develop product knowledge, and support inventory and store presentation while building customer relationships and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED.
• Proven experience in a retail environment (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment focused on guest experience.
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build connections.
• Maximize sales by applying company selling strategies and building lasting customer relationships.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs.
• Assist in inventory management and loss prevention measures.
• Maintain store appearance per visual standards (plan-o-grams, signage, cleanliness).
• Support Store Manager in building a high-performing team that upholds Newell Brands values.
• Collaborate to ensure safety and adherence to Code of Ethics.
