Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Create a welcoming store environment, understand guest needs through product knowledge, build customer relationships and drive loyalty.
• Team Experience: Support the Store Manager and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Operational Experience: Assist in inventory activities, follow safety and loss prevention measures, and strive to meet KPI goals.
