Job summary

Macy's is looking for a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague to help create a warm, inviting fragrance space and support the sales team. You’ll prep products, restock displays, and assist transactions with attention to detail and genuine hospitality.

The role blends service and support, with flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. 10–20 hours per week. Join us to help guests feel cared for during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges

• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and keep the sales floor clean, organized, and prepared for customers
• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, stay up to date on promotions
• Engage, educate, and sell with confidence
• Create customer relationships to bring customers back
• Merchandise fresh receipts, process damages, testers and returns to vendors
• Update signs and pricing and assist merchandise moves
• Finish Strong by sharing loyalty program benefits and thanking customers
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration
