Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague to create a warm, inviting experience in our fragrance department. Help maintain a fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor, preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions.

This role blends service and support—adapting to a fast-paced environment, juggling tasks, and working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with greetings and inquiries on the floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized fragrance department and merchandised displays.
• Restock products and manage point-of-sale materials and signage.
• Support sales team behind the scenes and during transactions.
• Process transactions and operate the cash register when needed.
