Job summary

Belk is seeking a Seasonal Fragrance Associate to drive sales and deliver a superior fragrance shopping experience. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and tailor recommendations across multiple brands to meet client needs.

This role requires a customer-service mindset, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and comfort with technology for clienteling tools. You will contribute to promotions, maintain visual standards, and support store operations with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, reach, stretch and lift/move at least 40 lbs.

• Support store operations and fulfillment with adherence to safety guidelines.
