Belk is seeking a Seasonal Fragrance Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding service by building client relationships and offering tailored fragrance recommendations across multiple brands.

You will foster memorable store experiences, support promotions and events, and utilize digital tools to guide customers through inventory and product details while maintaining brand standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Physically able to move around the store and lift up to 40 lbs.
