Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Seasonal Forklift Operator in Charlotte, NC. The role supports the Operation Christmas Child program with material handling, scanning, and safe movement of warehouse goods during the mid-November to mid-December window.

Qualified candidates must have forklift certification, be able to lift 50 lbs, and work well in a team. The position is temporary, with first and second shift options and a $20 per hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and/or move 50 lbs.
• Must be a team player.
• Forklift certification required.
• Barcode scanning and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipping containers and move materials for processing with safety focus.
• Facilitate scanning, movement, and quality assurance of warehouse materials.
• Support the processing of shipments and inventory flow as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
