Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Seasonal Forklift Operator in Coppell, TX to support the Operation Christmas Child program. The role involves loading/unloading, moving materials, and ensuring quality control while adhering to safety and teamwork standards.

Applicants must be forklift certified, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working with volunteers and staff. Shifts are 1st and 2nd, with a pay rate of $20 per hour on a mid-November to mid-December timeline.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and/or move 50 lbs.
• Must be a team player.
• Barcode scanning, inventory, and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipping containers and facilitate the efficient movement of materials for processing purposes with the highest regard for volunteer, associate, and product safety.
• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
• Facilitate the scanning, movement, and quality assurance of warehouse materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

In the role of Seasonal Forklift Operator,you will have the opportunity to:

Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ

Work side by side with employees and volunteers to take the love of Jesus to children all around the world.

Play an integral part in the processing of over 10 million shoebox gifts

Facilitate the scanning, movement, and quality assurance of warehouse materials

Other duties as assigned

Load and unload shipping containers and facilitate the efficient movement of materials for processing purposes with the highest regard for volunteer, associate, and product safety. Must possess a current forklift certification.
