Job summary

Twin City Foods, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Forklift Operator to move frozen vegetables within our cold storage facility in Pasco. You will operate a forklift to place product in racks, load and unload trucks, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires forklift experience, good communication, and attention to detail. Training and pre-employment screening are required. This position is based in Pasco, WA, with an hourly wage of $19.81.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret data with attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical skills are helpful for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical work in a cold environment.
• Load and unload trucks/rail cars with forklift or by hand as needed.
• Move product between locations and organize in racks or stacks.
• Pre-pull orders for shipment and ensure accurate counts.
• Count inbound and outbound finished and bulk product.
• Stack and unstack 1700 lb totes in cold storage.
• Stack/unstack packaged vegetable cases on/off pallets.
• Set up lines in the morning and reset at shift end.
• Maintain housekeeping of product, equipment, and facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
