Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Port Reading, NJ, is seeking a Seasonal Forklift Driver for the 1st shift. You will operate power industrial trucks to move, stack, and count merchandise while maintaining safety and accuracy.

You may also perform order filler and checker duties, assist with receiving, stocking, picking, and inventory control, and ensure documentation accompanies freight. A forklift certification and warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months logistics/distribution experience.
• Able to operate MHE.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations; input data into WMS.
• Pick, pack and prepare for shipment; ensure correct quantity and type of product.
• Maintain organized work area and accurate records; assist in inventories.
• Operate forklift and related equipment; comply with safety rules and procedures.
• Report quality variances and participate in safety meetings.
