Duluth Trading Company is seeking staff for its Belleville, WI Fulfillment Center for the upcoming holiday season. This full-time seasonal role offers daily pay options, a 40% employee discount, and a chance to gain experience across warehouse functions.

Shifts run Friday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM with potential flexibility in start times. Compensation starts at $20.50 per hour, with peak premiums and weekend bonuses during the holiday period.

Qualifikationen

• Drug Screen & Background Check Required
• Ability to reach above head to lift 30lb boxes
• Requires loading/unloading small vans up to 53 foot trailers
• Routine and regular raising lifts to remove or add boxes/containers to racking system to up to 30ft in height
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures
• Safely operate moving equipment to add/remove stock
• Accurately and efficiently restock primary picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment
• Move received merchandise from the staging area to bulk locations using RF equipment
• Perform duties of the Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control departments (including cycle counting when necessary)
• Perform return merchandise put away in the primary and special picking locations
• Will be expected to work in other areas of the warehouse during downtime in the replenishing and receiving areas
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Follow safety policies and procedure guidelines in all tasks
• Operate moving equipment to move stock and locate items accurately
• Restock primary picking bins from bulk locations using RF devices
• Move received merchandise from staging to bulk locations with RF equipment
• Participate in Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control tasks including cycle counts
• Return merchandise to appropriate locations and assist in other warehouse areas when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Authorize to work in the United States without sponsorship
