Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years serving experience or training.
• Must be 21+ to handle alcohol.
• Food safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly.
• Describe specials and answer menu questions.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Maintain clean workstation and perform side work.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
• Follow standards for service and safety.
• Assist with pre-shift meetings and tastings.
